Lưỡi heo rửa sạch, chần qua nước sôi, làm sạch lưỡi heo với chút giấm để lưỡi heo không bị hôi. Sau đó cắt miếng mỏng vừa ăn.
Ướp lưỡi heo với 1 muỗng cà phê bột nghệ, 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1 muỗng canh dầu hào cùng 1/2 số hành tím băm. Đậy nắp lại và cho vào ngăn mát tủ lạnh khoảng 30 phút để lưỡi ngấm gia vị.
Phi thơm hành tím băm còn lại với 2 muỗng cà phê dầu ăn, cho sả vào xào và tiếp tục cho riềng vào xào cùng. Nêm ½ muỗng cà phê hạt nêm cùng 1 muỗng cà phê bột nghệ.
Tiếp đến cho lưỡi heo vào xào cùng, xào to lửa để lưỡi heo không bị dai. Cuối cùng nêm 1 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt cùng ít lá chanh cắt nhỏ.
Múc lưỡi heo xào riềng sả ra đĩa. Làm món mặn ăn với cơm nhé!
