Hòa tan bột gạo, bột năng, bột nếp với 750ml nước, trong 1 cái tô, để bột nghỉ khoảng 15 phút.

Hành boa rô rửa sạch, cắt nhỏ, cho vào chén. Thêm 4 muỗng canh dầu ăn vào, cho vào lò viba quay khoảng 1 phút.

Bánh mì sandwich cắt miếng nhỏ hình vuông, cho vào lò viba quay khoảng 2 phút cho giòn.

Đặt những cái chén nhỏ vào xửng hấp. Múc hỗn hợp bột vào từng chén, hấp chín.

Khi phần bánh bèo chín, lấy ra. Thêm hành boa rô, ruốc nấm, bánh mì sandwich lên trên là xong. Bạn có thể ăn kèm nước tương hòa tan đường nếu thích nhé!
