Hành tím bóc vỏ, cắt lát mỏng. Hành lá rửa sạch, cắt khúc ngắn.
Cải thảo tách rời từng bẹ, rửa sạch rồi cắt khúc khoảng 3cm rồi rửa sạch lại 2 lần nữa và để ráo.
Phi thơm hành tím trong 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn rồi cho cải thảo vào xào với lửa to.
Sau khi xào khoảng 2 phút, bạn thêm 1 muỗng canh dầu hào và 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm vào xào cùng cải thảo, không nêm quá nhiều bởi thịt bò đã được ướp trước rồi.
Khi cải thảo hơi mềm và chín khoảng 70% thì bạn trút thịt bò vào chảo xào cùng.
Xào trên lửa to đến khi thịt bò vừa chín tới thì cho hành lá vào, nêm thêm 1/3 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt, đảo đều cho thấm gia vị rồi tắt bếp.
