Subversive in the best way
As the mother of a gay son who remembers the discrimination he suffered in his youth, I am happy this charming book is available now. If, through my purchase, I am also contributing support for gay rights while competing with the sales of that other book, I am even happier. Love is something to celebrate, not demonize.
Same sex marriage bunnies
The lack of a straight forward title or description of the real message in the book Is deceitful. the plot of this book was explained by my 7 year old son as "we can be whatever we decide we are, and its okay for two BOY bunnies to get married." NOT the Christmas night conversation I was hoping to have! I understand books can be a wonderful way to address tricky subjects, however there should be representation of that subject in the title or the synopsis of the book!!! Honestly I feel like I was scammed into bringing Bundos hidden agenda straight to my childs bedroom!
A Deplorable Travesty
I cannot fathom how a book like this ever made it to press only NOT to be in a run large enough for its awaiting audience. I had to wait two full months to share this heartwarming tale and transcendent imagery with my young, impressionable son. He’s only a kid; he should be shielded from the ugly truth about supply chains. Tell me, John Oliver: How I’m supposed to explain THAT to my child?
Soooooo cute!
Such a cute book about love, supportive friends, being different, and voting for love. Buy it for everyone and then go donate to the Trevor project. :)
Best little bunny story ever
Marlon Bundo rocks! Best little bunny story ever. Wonderful, inspiring message, for all ages. Thank you, John Oliver and crew, for making this uplifting story of love.
Don't be a stinkbug
I worked with someone who told me that one of the things they had to get across to their children was "different isn't bad, it's just different". That the point of the book. That it also pokes fun at Mike Pence is just a bonus that will be lost in children, but one look at the stink bug had me convinced. And the proceeds that would have gone to Last Week Tonight go th charity is a bonus.
Five Stars
A wonderful children's book about the beauty of family and love!

After successfully completing my conversion(shock) therapy sessions with Focus on the Family, I found this book sitting on the bus stop corner. After reading three times over, I never knew the struggles of Mr. Marlon Bundo could be so pertinent to our nation's struggles but also our own internal ones. From here on out, only male bunnies for me.
Look inside before purchasing
Of all the children's books I have researched and purchased over several years, this one found me in an awkward situation with my son attempting to read it to his young children. Part of the story is about two gay bunnies, who then get married by a lesbian bunny. Ok for some, maybe most, but not for my family and maybe not yours. The message the author is trying to convey to a three and five year old?...I'm not sure...let's consult the good book.
Don't buy it
