Bedroom, and toilet from 2. desk from 1 floor from 2 kitchen + living room depending on where you wanna eat including friends. i think 2 is better, since you have more space if you need it.

Can you put the kitchen where your bedroom goes? If possible I would change those to up. Bigger living space with as much as possible sun. But it's hard to judge without knowing more about the building, location.

I prefer the kitchen of 1 because I like having the island, which I assume is what is in front of the table, but if you don't live alone the kitchen of 2 maybe easier for two people. The work desk of 1 so you don't feel boxed in, unless that helps you work. The bedroom and bathroom of 2 feel more comfortable and practical.

2 but rethink office, now it limitate closet access. Bathroom and bedroom in second are great, in 1 those has narrow walking space and are not as habitable friendly. Think about space for ur self to walk freely and not in narrow corridors that will make space appear larger

Plan 2 with the gaming/working table in the position in plan 1. Bedroom 2 uses space more efficiently even is you have to sacrifice easy access to the windows. Kitchen 2 has a better table layout if you ever plan to invite over a few ppl to hang out, ppl can see the tv from there and overall less separated from the living room. Bathroom 2 doesn't have the toilet as the first sight as you open in. Working/gaming table is less claustrophobic at plan 1.

Why don't you buy a flat that's suitable for you? Why do you need to start your life in a new building by demolishing walls and God knows what? Do you think about the noise your neighbors will need to endure because of your selfishness?
